Dear Oisin, I just wanted to thank you and your team for doing our move last month. The packing service was excellent: nothing got broken, nothing got lost and all the boxes were helpfully labelled. And then, I cannot speak highly enough of the team who did the move. They were brilliant. It was a long hard day, and it snowed, and after 10 hours hard graft, white with cold and tiredness, they were still smiling, still being helpful, still offering to carry things to the top floor and put furniture together. Oisin, Just thought I'd mention.....Pedro and his polish colleague (sorry, I can't spell his name!) have done a terrific job. Pedro is very patient and careful about getting furniture down tricky stairs without causing damage, and appears to be pretty talented at taking furniture apart too. “Due to a long delay on our exchange, we had less than a week to organize for a removals company to help us move house. Many companies we called sought to take advantage of our situation by overcharging for their services however having been recommended Ois Removals by a friend, we gave them a call. We were extremely impressed with the rates we were offered and with the professional set-up of Ois. Our enquiry was responded to promptly and having booked, we received immediate email confirmation giving precise detail of what would happen on the day. This was very helpful as we obviously had a lot on our plate at the time. On the day the movers were courteous and professional… and fast. We were astonished at how quickly our large apartment was left empty. We live on the 12th floor of a building so not an easy move considering that everything had to go down in one of two lifts. We filled the lorry to the ceiling and were on our way inside 2h30m which was great as were had a two hour drive ahead of us. The lorry was unpacked at our new house in a little over an hour and the movers had left by 3pm leaving us the rest of the day to start setting up home. This was the first time I have employed professional movers having previously thought it not worth the expense. Sufficed to say that I will never think twice again; the stress saving on mind and body was worth double what we paid.
