Storage services Flats and Apartments
We supply a safe, secure storage, modern, cctv covered and red care alarmed service to store your goods for as long as you need, we provide containerised storage and mainly use purpose built wooden storage containers. Each storage container is 280 cubic foot or 8 cubic meters in size and pictured below are a selection from our warehouse, on average you would need one to two containers for a one bedroom flat contents and two to three containers for a two bedroom flat and up to four containers for a three bedroom flat, this guide depends on the amount of furniture but is usually correct based on our extensive experience.
Our Storage Charges
Please note we can offer between 10% and 20% discount off our removal charges if you use our storage facilities and will reduce the storage charges if you stay in storage for over 6 months.

Our Storage charges are based on the amount of containers required and the length of time in store, we usually give a very good discount off our removal charges if you plan to use our storage facilities for more than one month and unlike other storage and self storage companies we provide furniture protection blankets, heavy plastic for mattresses and sofas free of charge and also unlike the self storage companies we provide the labour to load the containers. We don't charge extra for locks, insurance or use of trolleys and we don't believe in taking advantage of our customers by charging hidden extras.
The standard storage charges start from £15 plus vat (£17.63) per container per week, which includes up to £1500 insurance per container, (inventory required), but we usually reduce this charge on a pro rata basis depending on length of storage time required, number of containers etc.
